Four generations of

dedication and quality

 

— MONTEPARRA

We are a fourth generation familiar company sited in Guijuelo, the cradle of iberico ham. Since 1950, our craftsmen elaborate a wide variety of iberico products, such as iberico hams and shoulders, cold meats and high quality fresh meat.

Our industry has an area of 8.500 m2 of artificial and natural dryers distributed over four floors, and a wide cutting room with capacity for 400 pigs per day. The factory is places in the higher area of Guijuelo, at an altitude of 1.050 metres.

The special location and altitude of our factory, along with the modern facilities and many years of experience, allow to Mnteparra to offer products with an excellent quality, texture and taste.

As added value, we count on Montecillo ranch, only 10 minutes far from Guijuelo, where we rise part of our grain-feeded and free range pigs. The farm also rise some of our acorn-fed pigs during the mast-feeding period.
